Shipping & returns
How we deliver software and services, and how subscription or fees adjustments are handled.
Last updated: May 10, 2026. Lucid Compliances primarily delivers cloud software, analytics, and consulting. Physical goods are uncommon; most commercial terms are set in your order form or statement of work.
1. Software & hosted services
Access to subscription products is provisioned electronically (e.g. tenant setup, credentials, onboarding). There is typically no physical shipment. Delivery timelines follow your subscription order or statement of work.
2. Consulting & statements of work
Professional services milestones, invoicing, and acceptance are governed by the applicable SOW or master agreement. Changes in scope are documented in writing.
3. Fees & refunds
Subscription fees and consulting charges are as quoted in your contract. Refunds or credits, if any, are handled according to that contract and applicable law. For questions about a specific invoice or renewal, contact sales@lucidcompliances.com.
4. Physical materials
If any hardware or printed materials are supplied as part of an engagement, shipping method and risk of loss are defined in the governing agreement. Returns of physical items follow the terms stated on the applicable purchase documentation.
