Last updated: May 10, 2026. Lucid Compliances (“Lucid”, “we”, “us”) provides enterprise compliance software, analytics, and consulting services. By accessing our websites or purchasing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Lucid Compliances operates from Chicago, IL. Commercial correspondence may be directed to the addresses shown on our Contact page.

2. Use of our websites

You agree to use our sites lawfully and not to misuse them (including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, or scraping in violation of our policies). We may suspend access where necessary to protect security or comply with law.

3. Products & subscriptions

Software and hosted services are provided under separate order forms, statements of work, or subscription agreements that specify fees, scope, term, and service levels. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed agreement for your organization, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Consulting & professional services

Techno consulting, implementation, and advisory work are scoped in statements of work or similar documents. Deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies are as described in those documents.

5. Intellectual property

Lucid retains rights in its software, documentation, branding, and proprietary materials. Customer data supplied by you remains yours subject to the agreement under which we process it.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our sites and marketing materials are provided “as is.” Liability caps and exclusions are set forth in your governing commercial agreement; where none exists, Lucid’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or casual use of public marketing sites is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
