Lucid ships LFRAS—the Lucid Financial Reporting & Analysis Suite—and LCRF, Lucid Compliance Registration & Forms, for food-safety and norms programs on the shop floor. The annual subscription tiers below apply to LFRAS only. LCRF is scoped and quoted per deployment (on-premise). Techno consulting is always by statement of work.

Lucid Financial Reporting & Analysis Suite
Multi-tenant compliance, document programmes, and reporting
LFRAS orchestrates document collection through structured activities for your end clients, filename and type validation, expiry tracking and reminders, ticketing, and scheduled or ad hoc reporting—with dashboards for Lucid operations, customer admins, and client participants. Goals: less manual chasing, clear auditability, and SLA visibility.

Lucid Compliance Registration & Forms
On-premise production & QA forms—food safety and norms
LCRF replaces manual paperwork with digital forms on iPads (offline-first with auto-save) and supervisor and QA workflows on desktops: room occupancy rules, optional approvals, confidential recipe handling where needed, full audit logging, and exports (PDF, CSV, Excel) by date range—hosted on-premise with no cloud dependency in scope.
Pricing: Priced by sites, rooms, form catalogue, and workflow depth—ask for an on-premise proposal.

Consulting is scoped in statements of work—fixed phases or time-and-materials with caps—separate from software subscription lines above.
Is our data encrypted?
We design for encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and logging appropriate to regulated workloads. Details are shared under NDA during procurement.
Do you offer enterprise SLAs?
